To add the greatest value to an organisation, everyone…everyone…has to work together with a Compelling Vision, a Comprehensive Strategy and relentless implementation.

But that is never going to happen if the participants don’t feel part of that team - if they feel excluded, uninformed or isolated.  They will not be able make the right contribution, they will be unhappy and not display the right behaviours (positive 'find a way attitude, plenty of feedback and great communications).

  9. Emotional resilience - trust the process

  10. Enjoy, value and appreciate each other
    – have fun! (but no jokes at anyone’s expense)

 

Many of these​ seemingly-obvious steps are missing in organisations and, like a chain, become weak links.
